Thursday Evening – we’ll be dining at our hotel in the Holyrood area of the city, lying east of the city centre, at the foot of the Royal Mile. The area takes its name from Holyrood Abbey, which was the Church of the Holy Rude (Scots for 'Holy Cross').

Our dining room, The Salisbury Suite, boasts its own private balcony with stunning views over the Crags and Arthur's Seat whilst a reception area and a bar will serve us exclusively
